Hi! I'm James Baughman, and I joined the auto industry in 2002. The best aspect of working in this field is the fantastic people we meet each day. Our customers are like family, and we do everything possible to put a smile on their faces. I am proud of the team we have here at Camp Chevrolet Cadillac; we do everything it takes to exceed our guests' expectations, regardless of their vehicle needs. My team can rely on me for motivation and an easy-going attitude. I try to help everyone succeed by giving them the tips and advice they need, along with adequate training and access to quality information. I grew up in Saratoga, Wyoming, and I'm a US Navy Veteran. Some of the awards I have received are the Chrysler Big Hitter Award and the Larry H. Miller Impact Award. I have many skills, which include NADA General Manager Academy and Larry H. Miller General Manager Academy. When it comes to my hobbies, I enjoy photography and gardening.
