It was great. We got a new 2026 Suburban to replace our 2012 that was burned up with the recent fires. Nick had us there about 4 to 5 hours which is great for a new car purchase. He has me coming back about once a week to answer any questions I have about the car and to fix the things I have messed up.He is a great sales person
