As a Service Advisor with two years under my belt, I'm excited about the automotive industry and dedicated to helping people keep their vehicles running smoothly. I'm a graduate of Mead High School, and my passion for engines led me to an early interest in motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons. That interest in how things work extends to working on cars and motorcycles and tinkering with project vehicles. My goal is simple: I want customers to understand their vehicle's needs. I take the time to break down maintenance and repair recommendations, explaining things clearly and prioritizing what's most important, from immediate concerns to what's coming up. When customers call me and say their car runs better, or ask about their vehicle's needs, that's what motivates me. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with sports like football, tennis, track, and basketball. I'm currently at Camp Chevrolet of Spokane. My goal is to use my knowledge to advise and help everyone!

Parker was just fine. I had 2 vehicles in one on a Monday the next on a Tuesday and the level of detail provided in the service video link on my Tuesday is it was far superior to Monday. Very inconsistent I have been have my vehicles serviced here since 2009 and most have the time have excellent service.

Parker was friendly and informative, making my service a positive experience. I appreciated his explanations of the new technology they are using to examine my vehicle as I drove into the service area, as well as the text information keeping me informed of the progress of the service performed.

Excellent customer service, efficient, and service was faster than expected. Plus…..I had a chance to talk to a tech regarding transmission fluid change on a C7 grand sport. His knowledge was indicative he knew what he was talking about.

Overall it was a good experience. My only thing is that after my tires were rotated, I had to personally adjust the tire pressure. Since it’s a HD truck, the pressure in the rear was setup to be about 10psi more in the rear than the front. It was a bit of an in convenience to have to do it myself after. Makes me wonder if the mechanic had even checked the tire pressure.
