Having spent over a decade in this industry, I've learned a thing or two about making things easy for my guests. Originally from New York, I now call Camp Chevrolet of Spokane my professional home. I'm a graduate of Penn State and Indiana University. I'm a genuine people person, and my goal is to help you, the guest, and my team. My approach is simple: I listen, I help, and I make sure the whole process is as stress-free as possible. Beyond work, I enjoy staying active – swimming, biking, and running. I'm also a professional musician with a two-decade history, a woodworker, and enjoy collecting music. I have a passion for pen making, too. When I'm not assisting guests, I love to talk about music, sports and woodworking among other things. Work and vacations have allowed me to see some wonderful locations including Japan, South Africa, Alaska, and 45 of the continental states.

William was incredible throughout the entire process. He kept in touch every step of the way, even though the vehicle I was looking for wasn’t easy to find. Whenever something didn’t work out, he never told me it wasn’t possible. Instead, he’d simply say, “We’ll find something,” and kept working to make it happen. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with from start to finish. It was a great experience, and I truly appreciate all of his effort.
